Production + Shipping
Because each item is made to order, please allow time for both production and shipping.
Most orders are produced within approximately 2–7 business days before they ship. Shipping time varies depending on the item, destination and production partner.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information by email whenever tracking is available.
Please keep in mind that holidays, high-volume periods, weather and carrier delays may occasionally extend delivery times.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the items in your order and their destination and will be shown during checkout.
Multiple Packages
If you order more than one item, your order may occasionally arrive in separate packages. Different products may be created and shipped by different production partners.

Because orders move into production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been placed. Orders that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional charge to reproduce and reship.
